We have five Trustee/Directors who have a wide experience in education, business, health and social care. They meet regularly and are responsible for the overall management of the organisation, delegating day to day responsibility to the Chief Executive Dr Charlie Lowe.


Bob Underwood Retired Devon & Cornwall Police. Former Development Director in Drug and Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation (Trevi House) and Day Services (Hamoaze House).	Liz Robbins Formerly Senior Lecturer in International Education at the College of St Mark and St John, Plymouth.	Nigel Smith Family Therapist in Adult Mental Health with Plymouth tPCT also Family Therapy supervisor and trainer.
